Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder and if you still have trouble send us a note to so we can help.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note every effort will be made to process orders in a timely manner but there may be delays due to COVID-19, weather, and the holiday season. 

Shipping Cost

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at standard carrier rates that are based on the distance between the destination shipping address and shipping origin, shipping speed, and item weight.

Shipping times are exclusive of our 2-3 business day order processing time.

LIBRA offers the following shipping options:

  • Free standard shipping on on orders over $60 
  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
  • USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-8 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable if your item has shipped.

Where We Ship

We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. 

For shipping to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), USPS will only be used.


Once orders are processed within 2-3 business days, we will provide a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that will update within 24-48 hours where the package can be followed on its journey to you. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder and if you still have trouble send us a note to so we can help.


We are thrilled to partner with Corso to offer both carbon offsets and shipping protection known as Green Shipping Protection™ at checkout! Green Shipping Protection™ is automatically turned on and for a small percentage of your cart total you can buy carbon offsets and insure your package from theft, loss, and damage. Should you opt out of this shipping protection, you are only entitled to the standard carrier insurance of $100 for items shipped via UPS and $50 for items shipped via USPS Priority Mail. By opting out of Green Shipping Protection™ you are responsible for filing a claim with the mail carrier to recover partial or full refund limited only to loss and damage but not theft and only up to the minimum standard carrier claim limits. Items shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground are not insured. We strongly suggest to add insurance at checkout via opting in to Green Shipping Protection™.

Return Policy

At LIBRA we are deeply concerned with planetary wellbeing and filter all of our decisions through the lens of how can our actions lessen any inevitable negative impact from the cost of doing business and improve planetary wellbeing. 

According to research by Optoro, a company that helps retailers streamline the returns process, return shipping in the U.S. alone emits more than 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually which is the equivalent of the carbon dioxide emissions of more than 3 million cars.

Below is our return policy that strikes a balance between a happy community and planet.

Return Policy

Because LIBRA is a one woman team at the present time, returns will be handled on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please send us a note to with your order number as proof of purchase within 7 days of your order being marked "delivered" to see how we can make it right. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Should a return be granted, the item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition to receive a full refund minus shipping fees. If an item arrives opened, damaged (and there is no damage to the shipping box), or used, only a 50% partial refund will be granted. Please note, initial shipping will not be refunded and depending on the reason of the return shipping will be at the buyers expense. Should buyer pay for return shipping, please ensure the item is fully insured for the amount purchased.

Once an item is received, it will take 3-5 business days to issue a refund exclusive of the time your bank takes to refund your money back to your account.

Defective Products

Send us a note with your order number and a photo detailing the defect within 7 days of having received the item to so we can make it right.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen Packages 

Please ensure to provide the correct shipping address to avoid any shipping issues. If you suspect your item is stolen, please first look around your apartment or house to see if your package turns up or ask a neighbor if the package was mistakenly delivered to their address. Additionally, items that show "delivered" on tracking may turn up a few days later due to how packages are processed. If you opted to add Green Shipping Protection at checkout with Corso, send Corso a note explaining what happened to or visit for help.
