Why the name LIBRA?
The word libra means "balance; scales" in Latin and alludes to our brand essence to achieve balance or equilibrium in life. A balance or scale must be calibrated to function properly. In a similar way, LIBRA "calibrates" the individual through providing knowledge and thoughtfully made goods to help them find balance in life so they live optimally. Though LIBRA was designed for a Latino audience, great care was taken to select a name that would both honor the cultural duality and bilingualism that the modern Latino possesses while not alienate a non-Spanish speaking audience because we want all to experience the fullness our culture; the word libra is familiar in English and Spanish as well as captures our brand essence succinctly. LIBRA welcomes the modern Latino, Hispanophile, global citizen, and curious alike.
FUNFACT: Our brand name has nothing to do with the zodiac sign nor was it chosen for the following serendipitous facts but its founder is a Libra and Libra is the seventh constellation in the zodiac which is a number that symbolizes "perfection" or "harmony" again alluding to our brand essence of helping the individual achieve a state of balance or harmony in life. In the zodiac sign, Libra is the only sign that is represented by an object: the scales. Since antiquity scales have symbolized truth which is a pillar of our brand; LIBRA takes an evidence based approach to wellness in an industry filled with misinformation.

Who is behind LIBRA?
Jordana Roman is the Founder & CEO behind LIBRA. She was born in San Francisco, CA to a Puerto Rican mother and Salvadorean father, is fluent in English and Spanish, and graduated from UC Berkeley.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and digital wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What if I have problems placing an order, need to change my order, or need to cancel my order?

How much does shipping cost?
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at standard carrier rates that are based on the distance between the destination shipping address and shipping origin, shipping speed, and item weight.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
For shipping to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), USPS will only be used.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and how fast they arrive depends on the method of shipping chosen at checkout.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to follow the package on its way to you. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder and if you still have trouble send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can help.
Can I add insurance to protect my package?
We are thrilled to partner with Corso to offer both carbon offsets and shipping protection known as Green Shipping Protection™ at checkout! Green Shipping Protection™ is automatically turned on at checkout and for a small percentage of your cart total you can buy carbon offsets and insure your package from theft, loss, and damage. Should you opt out of this shipping protection, you are only entitled to the standard carrier insurance of $100 for items shipped via UPS and $50 for items shipped via USPS Priority Mail. By opting out of Green Shipping Protection™ you are responsible for filing a claim with the mail carrier to recover partial or full refund limited only to loss and damage but not theft and only up to the minimum standard carrier claim limits (ex. $100 for items shipped via UPS and $50 for items shipped via USPS Priority Mail). Items shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground are not insured. We strongly suggest to add insurance at checkout via opting into Green Shipping Protection™.
What if my package is damaged, lost, or stolen?
Please ensure to provide the correct shipping address to avoid any shipping issues. If you suspect your item is stolen, please first look around your apartment or house to see if your package turns up or ask a neighbor if the package was mistakenly delivered to their address. Additionally, items that show "delivered" on tracking may turn up a few days later due to how packages are processed. If you opted to add Green Shipping Protection™ at checkout with Corso, send Corso a note explaining what happened to email@example.com or visit reorder.corso.com for help. If you opted out of Green Shipping Protection™ you are responsible for filing a claim with the mail carrier to recover partial or full refund limited only to loss and damage but not theft and only up to the minimum standard carrier claim limits (ex. $100 for items shipped via UPS and $50 for items shipped via USPS Priority Mail). Items shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground do not come with insurance through USPS.
I received a defective product. What do I do!?
Send us a note with your order number and a photo detailing the defect within 7 days of having received the item to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please send us a note to email@example.com with your order number as proof of purchase within 7 days of your order being marked "delivered" to see how we can make it right. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
